3. Purpose

These terms govern sales of cosmetic products made on this website by NelMas Group to its customers.

4. Products and prices

Products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included, excluding delivery. NelMas may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

Orders are recorded when confirmed on the website or via WhatsApp, then confirmed by phone by our team. NelMas may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, incomplete information or a previous dispute.

6. Payment

Payment is made on delivery or pickup, in cash or via Mobile Money. Goods remain the property of NelMas until full payment.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made throughout Côte d'Ivoire. Fees depend on the area or city and are shown before confirmation. Delivery times are indicative. The customer checks the parcel upon receipt.

8. Returns and claims

For hygiene reasons, opened products are neither returned nor exchanged. Any damaged or non-compliant product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, via WhatsApp or phone.

9. Precautions

Products are for external use only. We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before first use and following the precautions shown on each product.

10. Personal data

Information collected (name, phone, email, address) is used only to process and deliver orders. It is never sold. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Ivorian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts of Abidjan.
