How do I place an order?+
Add products to your cart, then confirm the order with your name, phone and address. You can also send your cart directly on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?+
Payment is made on delivery, in cash or via Mobile Money, when you receive your parcel. No online payment is required.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?+
We deliver across Côte d'Ivoire. Fees depend on your area or city and are shown before you confirm. Delivery is free above a certain order amount.
Can I pick up my order myself?+
Yes, choose “In-store pickup” at checkout. Pickup is free; we will call you when your order is ready.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually 24–48 hours in Abidjan and 2–5 days for the rest of the country, after phone confirmation.
Are the products suitable for all skin types?+
Our treatments suit most skin types, especially dry skin. We recommend a patch test on a small area before first use.
My shea butter's texture changed — is that normal?+
Yes. Natural plant butters react to temperature: texture and colour may vary without affecting the product's quality.
